University often have photos of students and the main campus building on the front of there prospectus’ and sometimes inspirational phrases

Looking at image heavy brochures I found it’s popular to have a colour theme tying everything together, and the images are laid out asymmetrically and sometimes overlapping. The text is fitted in text boxes around the images.

I have also noticed a clever use of simple shapes as well as colours to divide information and pages. The shapes also acts as another consistency throughout the brochure.

For the leaflet advertising the interior design course, we may use the red from Lancashire's flower logo, UCLans buildings, possibly as backgrounds and some colour blocking to separate different sections of writing.
